★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ráda bych se podělila o mou zkušenost s touto ordinací. Na lékařky si nemohu nijak ztěžovat, s těmi jsem byla vždy spokojena. Ale přístup k pacientům a celkové chování sestry? To je vyloženě katastrofa. Do telefonu je velmi nepříjemná, navíc objednávání po internetu nějakou dobu dopředu? Dobře, ale pokud náhle onemocním a volám, že bych potřebovala vyšetřit, že bohužel jindy čas nemám, mi bylo opakovaně a velmi nepříjemným důrazným tónem řečeno, jak si mohu dovolit volat v jinou hodinu než od půl druhé do dvou a ještě se chtít objednat, když se objednává jasně po internetu. Dříve jsem měla často zánět nosohltanu a když jsem neobjednaná šla k doktoru, trpící horečkama, byla jsem ráda, že jsem se tam vůbec dobelhala, tak mi po 4 hodinách řekla, že bere jen objednané a že můj případ není akutní. Už několikrát jsem byla nucena jet na pohotovost místo ke svému praktickému lékaři. A toto není ani z části vše..

This is a disaster. Is the phone very annoying, in addition, ordering over the Internet some time ahead? Okay, but if I suddenly get sick and call that I need to investigate that unfortunately I don't have time, I have been told repeatedly and very uncomfortably, how can I afford to call at another hour than from two to two and still want to order, when ordered clearly over the Internet. Previously I often had nasopharyngitis, and when I was ordered to go to a doctor who was suffering from fever, I was glad that I had been there at all, so after 4 hours she told me that she was just ordering and that my case was not acute. Several times I was forced to go to the emergency room instead of my GP. And this is not all in part ..
