If I had to evaluate the floor as such, so beautiful, we really like it. But that's all, because the actions of the owners - a disaster. During the personal meeting in Orli, everything was fine, the owner wrote us down in the calendar, we planned everything, but the owner incorrectly wrote down the e-mail address and therefore the price offer was not delivered. When contacting me, she indirectly told me that it was not her fault that it must have come to me in the spam - not really. After the husband comes to measure the extent of the laying and measure the humidity - I spend the whole morning at home on the phone and waiting, but in vain, Mr. Klimeš somehow forgot about us and did not bother to call. Three days before the planned laying of the floor, we had to contact ourselves again and arrange the details, and we were told that we were postponed a week later due to poor humidity - according to Mr. Klimeš, ideal humidity, according to the lady, not. Without our knowledge, they would have shifted the laying for us, when we have already arranged it a month and a half in advance, and therefore also other things in the new building, such as a new kitchen, moving, but absolute disinterest. Terrible company, never again.

Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !!!! Mr. Klimeš is a bastard, a lazy man, a liar and he definitely does not do his job well. I don't understand that anyone like that is still in business. The floor is of poor quality (it peels off, the tables are swaying on the floor and the floor is leveled first, poorly matched colors). Every non-expert knows his poor work at first sight. Mr. Klimeš insulted me when I ventured to say that I was not connected with his work and I wanted him to remodel some parts of the floor. He no longer had corners to the slats, so he cut the slats and did as if it had been done correctly. After the inspection, he promised to lay the floor in one day, but the laying took him 2 weeks. That would still be possible, but the work was not done and was mainly badly done. He did it differently than we agreed. The floor is not on the same level in all rooms. A long argument and a visit to lawyers began. After a pile of emails from me and insults from Mr. Klimeš, it closed with a compensatory discount after 13 months, and only thanks to a phone call with Mrs. Klimešová, which I am really sorry about. According to the phone call, the wife (accounting firm) was surprised, so he kept this fact a secret from her. He apologized for his illness, but was seen in a pub drinking beer. We underlaid the tables and repaired the patrons. Despite the fact that he took pictures of me and claimed that he did not know what GDPR was.
