OZ se scházejí min. 4x ročně, k přijetí usnesení je třeba souhlasu nadpoloviční většiny všech členů, jednání jsou veřejná. Z jednání se pořizují zápisy, jež jsou uloženy na obecních úřadech k nahlédnutí
