★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most arogant employees, over the phone or they don't have time to answer question. For a moment I felt as am asking for charity. Never experienced such a behavior. Products are there with no help . Shop assistants.. Are bosses... I wander how would be the bosses.. Maybe Godies? how long they can stay in this competing market with such behaves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I buy in this place. Staff didn't care about the client and looked like they don't want to be there. Pick up place is somewhere else and the staff in in there took more than 5 minutes to come (there were no other clients). I got the package outside, without staff letting me know it was ready. The delivery was on a high platform in a trolley, with no chance to move the trolley downstairs so I had to take the 30Kg box to my car without capability to use the trolley.
If you pretend to compete with IKEA you have really no chance.
