★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite cheap furniture, and there are some descent looking items. Be careful though. I got some chairs but legs were uneven. I asked for them to be replaced and got two new uneven chairs. I gave up after that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most poor Customer Service ever. I purchased 3 home furnishes, one wardrobe's led light is not working and another ones 3 hinges were missing, I contacted them, they did nothing. Ignored everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not pay for delivery! I ordered a 100 kg package and the 2 delivery guys could not care less how I’d bring it up three flights of stairs without an elevator. Said that the delivery to the apartment is not included, no idea what they charge you 500 czk extra for then! So save yourself 500 czk for the delivery and order a decent mover, do not rely on these weak, mean and lazy delivery guys from Mobelix. They’d leave you stranded on a deserted island even if they had the whole ship available.

Then I bought a sofa for 22k when I came pick it up because they have a ridiculous 10 days waiting list to get your things even when you need to pay expensive for it; the sofa was in different price for 17k…. I bought more things cause whatever you are already there, and when I sent my Van to get it they did not send the order complete so I had to pay again to go get my stuff! A complete joke this store. Disaster.
