S	Sofie Peřinová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sice docela zpětně, už je to nějaký pátek co jsem servis navštívila, ale nedá mi to. Škoda, že nejde dát ještě horší hodnocení, než 1. Když sem přinesla telefon k opravě, tak to bylo řečí, že to půjde, zaplatila sem zálohu xy stovek a vyzvednutí poté furt odkládali (myslím, že to nakonec trvalo snad 4 týdny ?) s tím, že ve finále nic neopravili a odmítli mi vrátit zálohu, protože prý telefon vyčistili zevnitř, což po nich nikdo nechtěl a nemělo to ani nic společného s opravou. Když jsme to chtěli řešit, tak nám pomalu vyhrožovali a byli hrubí a telefon měl i pár krásných škrábanců navíc. Nevadí, tato zkušenost už je starší, ale podle ostatních se asi nic nezměnilo. With the fact that they didn't fix anything in the final and refused to return backup, because it is said that they cleaned the phone from the inside, which no one wanted from them and it had nothing to do with the repair. When we wanted to solve it, they slowly threatened us and they were rude and the phone had a few beautiful extra scratches. It doesn't matter, this experience is older, but according to others, probably nothing has changed.

Poptával jsem opravu mobilního telefonu a pán na telefonním čísle z těchto stránek byl od prvního slova tak neuvěřitelně arogantní, že jsem měl chuť telefon okamžitě položit. Slušnost mi to ale nedovolila. Vztah k zákazníkovi - totální neprofesionalita.. Jestli máte rádi slušnou domluvu, tak od této firmy ruce pryč. The first contact was enough ... I asked for a mobile phone repair and the gentleman on the phone number from this site was so incredibly arrogant from the first word that I wanted to put the phone down immediately. But decency didn't let me. Relationship with the customer - total unprofessionalism .. If you like a decent agreement, then get your hands off this company.

Ten pán co si tam hraje na opraváře mi při první návštěvě sdělil že si mám raději koupit nový telefon, nežli opravovat ten stávající. Při druhé návštěvě jsem po něm chtěl pouze pouzdro na mobil Samsung Galaxy A02s. Bylo mi však řečeno, že takový mobil nezná a prý jestli vůbec vím co mám za mobil. Fakt nechápu jak takovýto arogantní člověk může vést prodejnu a ještě k tomu opravovat mobily!!!??? Docela by mě zajímalo, jak vypadá mobil po té, co se mu dostane do rukou. A nakonec už chápu, proč sem si měl raději koupit nový. Asi ho neznal.... :-) I've been here twice and for the last time. The gentleman who plays repairmen there told me on my first visit that I should buy a new phone rather than repair an existing one. On the second visit, I only wanted the Samsung Galaxy A02s mobile phone case. However, I was told that he does not know such a mobile phone, and if I know what kind of mobile phone I have. I really don't understand how such an arrogant person can run a store and even repair mobile phones !!! ??? I would be quite interested in what a cell phone looks like after it gets into his hands. And finally, I understand why I should have bought a new one here. He probably didn't know him .... :-)

Nevím z jakého důvodu můj příspěvek zmizel, ale pokud bych shrnul do jedné věty, co v něm bylo, pak by věta vypadala asi takto: než si zde nechat cokoliv opravit, je lepší zakoupit raději nové. It has been some time since I wrote my experience with this service. I don't know why my post disappeared, but if I summarized in one sentence what was in it, then the sentence would look something like this: rather than having anything fixed here, it is better to buy new ones.
d	david cirkva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dnes jsem musel urychleně vyřídit opravu svého telefonu, našel jsem tuto společnost úplně náhodou a rozhodně nelituji. nejen, že byl rychlý servis(za 2h vyřízeno), ale i příjemná obsluha! všem doporučuji a určitě se sem vrátím!!! za mě palec nahoru a obsluha jako borec nakonec:-)) I had to fix my phone today, I found this company by accident and I definitely do not regret it. not only was the service quick (settled in 2 hours), but also the friendly staff! I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely be back !!! thumbs up for me and the staff like a guy in the end :-))
