Platila som kartou vopred a na dorucenie som vyuzila sluzbu zasielkovna. Ked som prebrala zasielku, zistila som ze bola dodana iba jedna kosielka namiesto dvoch. Nikto ma o tom, ze objednavka nebude vybavena kompletne vopred neinformoval, prisiel mi iba sumar objednavky, kde bola pri jednej polozke poznamka "stornovane" bez dalsieho vysvetlenia, celkovy sucet vsak obsahoval sumu za oba kusy tovaru. Ked som webshop kontaktovala, odpisali mi ze "kosilka je doprodana a penize se vratily na vasi kartu". Peniaze mi vsak NEVRATILI, tovar nedodali a pani na zákazníckej linke uviedla ze ich uctovnicka ma dovolenku az do 7.8. a ona nedokaze overit ci mi peniaze poslali a preto nemoze najblizsie tyzdne nic robit. Ked som ziadala o eskalacny kontakt, pani uviedla ze vsetci su na dovolenke. Povazujem to za velmi neseriozne konanie a postup vybavenia objednavky s podozrenim na podvodne konanie. Ziadala som o okamzite vratenie penazi za nedodany tovar, nikto vsak na moju spravu nereaguje. From leontyna.sk (.cz) I ordered two nursing chairs for both nurses. I paid by card in advance and used the delivery service for delivery. When I picked up the shipment, I found that only one donkey was delivered instead of two. I asked for an immediate refund for undelivered goods, but no one responds to my report.
