Ihned jsem se do obchodu vrátila a reklamovala .Reklamace mi nebyla uznána a já jim tak ,,darovala,,500Kč.Již tento obchod nenavštívím. I had a protective glass stuck on the phone in the store. U produktu se píše pouze "skladem" s žádou informací dodací lhůtě. Když jsem přišel na pobočku, tak tam nikdo nebyl, protože měli přestávku, kterou v otevírací době vůbec nemají. Poté ještě 20 minutové čekání, protože pánovi instalovali ochranné sklo. Na pobočce mají prý rozbitý terminál už několik dní, tak mě poslali ještě do bankomatu. Co třeba dát zákazníkovi vědět včas, že objednávka nepůjde zaplatit kartou? Největší chaos. Kdybych to věděl předem, tak si radši tu tisícovku připlatím a telefon koupím na Alze.
