Přístup k reklamaci, vůbec neuvedli dostatečný důvod poškození vadného telefonu, neuznaná reklamace, mají naučené důvody odmítnutí, nelze se bránit proti těmto praktikám. Nebyla vůbec nabídnuta oprava, žádné řešení problému, nebudu vůbec rozebírat komunikaci se zákazníkem, poslali nějaký naklonovaný dokument v PDF aniž by vás oslovili a popsali závadu a její možné řešení.
 You should rather avoid this shop by arching:
Access to complaints, they did not state a sufficient reason for damage to the defective phone, unrecognized complaints, they have learned the reasons for rejection, it is impossible to defend against these practices. No fix was offered at all, no solution to the problem, I will not discuss communication with the customer at all, they sent some cloned document in PDF without addressing you and describing the defect and its possible solution.

Bought Samsung S9 and found out that for this particular phone Samsung used different processor (which drains more battery). After using phone for 3 days I wanted to return it but they said they will not return full amount but 150 euro less (because I used phone for 3 days). That's their way how to push customers to keep products if they want to return them.
