Dnes sice přijeli, ale bez ohlášení (od rána čekám na orientační čas, měli ráno volat přibližný čas, stačilo aspoň dopo nebo odpo říct), a servisnímu technikovi dispečer tvrdil, že prý mluvil s paní. Žádná paní není, na přítelkyni neměli kde vzít číslo... Nakonec se omluvili (při mé osobní návštěvě na sídle), s tím, že asi spletli číslo a volali někomu jinému... Mno, pokud nic jiného, tak minimálně tedy trošku čurbes v zakázkách. Za to hvězda dolů. Jinak poradenství, servis, a hlavně rychlost (asi nejpodstatnější věc u těchto druhů poruch) v pořádku. O	Ondřej Procházka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovali jsme zkontrolovat servisovaný kotel asi 900 m od provozovny Modaco. Kotel vykazoval nepravidelnou chybu. Na infolince sice profesionální přístup, technik přijel dokonce ten stejný den. Pobyl 10 minut, kotel bohužel v tu chvíli popsanou chybu nevykazoval. Vzal si 500 kč za započatou práci a 300 kč za dopravu a bez toho, aby alespon udělal roční revizi nebo kotel vyčistil tak odjel.... Chtěl bych být technikem plynových kotlů.....;-( We needed to check the serviced boiler about 900 m from the Modaco store. The boiler showed an irregular error. Před nedávnem kotel začal hlásit poruchu, tak jsem volala do firmy Modaco. Tam mi to pan opakovaně položil, tak jsem zavolala konkurenci. Konkurence přijela, otevřela kotel a zjistila, že byl kotel tak zaneseny, že jej nikdo nemohl servisovat a porucha vznikla zanesenim. Já si říkalal posledně, že je něco špatně, kdyz byl pan servisak posledně s prohlídkou hotový za pár minut, ještě si na to vzal můj osobní vysavač a neměl ani žádné nářadí na údržbu a vzal si skoro dva tisíce bez dokladu. Dnes vim, že jsou lepsi a spolehlivější firmy. Navíc mi špinavýma botama znecistil byt. Práci jsem se snažila reklamovat, ale neuspěla jsem. Ani omluva nepřišla.Modaco už nikdy. The last thing I said to myself was that something was wrong, when the serviceman was last finished with the inspection in a few minutes, he still took my personal vacuum cleaner and had no maintenance tools and took almost two thousand without a document. Today I know that they are better and more reliable companies. In addition, he got my apartment dirty with dirty shoes. I tried to complain about the work, but I didn't succeed. Not even an apology came. Modaco never.
