Reklamovat nebudu, ale naposledy jsem objednala. Substances did not arrive in 3 weeks, although they said the delay would be 10 days. A to byla poslední komunikace s obchodem. Dodnes nic nepřišlo. Komunikace s obchodem nemožná, jeden telefon zrušený, druhý nikdo nezvedá, na sms a e-maily nikdo nereaguje. A to mají ještě tu drzost posílat newslettery, jako by bylo vše v pořádku. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED !!! I have a similarly bad experience. Communication with the store impossible, one phone canceled, the other no one answers, no one responds to sms and e-mails. Po telefonické urgenci přiznali že zboží není a bude tak za dva, tři týdny protože "fabrika nejede". Peníze zatím nikde. Rozhodně nedoporucuji. They list the goods "in stock", with the label "we will deliver these goods by 23.12.20", of course it is a scam. After the urgency, they admitted that the goods are not and will be in two or three weeks because the "factory is not running". Money nowhere. Definitely not recommended.
E	E H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný obchod! Objednala jsem si zde zboží ke konci března, z jejich strany žádná komunikace, telefon buď vyplí nebo nikdo nebere, tak jsem objednávku zrušila mailem. Za asi 3 týdny mi poslali, že objednávka je předána dopravci, tak jsem jim znovu napsala, že jsem objednávku zrušila a ať nic neposílají. Za další týden mi objednávka došla bez jakéhokoliv varování a komunikace z jejich strany i s fakturou, kterou mám zaplatit. Pokud bude opět problém se s nimi spojit, obrátím se s tímto chováním na ČOI. Neskutečné !!!! Mimochodem omluvy, že v této době nestíhají a trvá jim vyřízení objednávky měsíc je divné, protože jinde vyřízení podobné objednávky trvalo necelý týden. Terrible business! Látky mi přišly skoro za měsíc, slibovaná guma tam nebyla, jedna látka taky ne, ale hlavně, že si ji naúčtovali, ošidili mě o 217 Kč, což by se dalo odpustit, kdyby firma reagovala na maily a telefon a peníze mi vrátila na účet. Za mě jsou to podvodníci, kteří jeden telefon mají odpojený a druhý je obsazený nebo nedostupný. Ani na jeden z uvedených mailů nereagují a mě už dochází trpělivost. 4 měsíce řeším jednu věc. NEDOPORUČUJI!!!!!!!! The company is very unreliable, maybe more like fraudsters. Skoro po měsíci mi přišla objednávka ze dne 2.4.2020, obsah balíku je nekompletní - chybí 1 druh zboží, další druh zboží je úplně jiný, objednávka obsahuje 2 faktury na 2 různé ceny i zboží se stejným číslem objednávky, dobírka byla při vyzvednutí samozřejmě s cenou té vyšší a zboží chybí nebo je jiné! Už 14 dní jsem se snažila obchod kontaktovat několikrát e-mailem i telefonicky, když mi bylo divné, že objednávka stále nedorazila ... nikdo před tím ani teď nereaguje na e-maily, telefony nezvedají nebo jsou vyplé! R	Romana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V životě se mi nestalo, že by mi zaměstnanec nějaké firmy opakovaně položil telefon při dotazu, jak to vypadá s mojí objednávkou (naprosto legitimní dotaz). Až dnes! Paní mi lámavou češtinou sdělila, že zboží od nich již minulý týden odešlo, když jsem ji požádala o zaslání potvrzení o zaplacení (zboží se platí fakturou) a sdělení přepravních informací (číslo zásilky), tak mi paní položila telefon. Šiji roušky pro doktory a domovy důchodců. Tohle jednání považuji za naprosto neakceptovatelné. Chápu, že třeba nestíhají vyřizovat objednávky, ale normální přístup je se omluvit a zjednat nápravu, nikoli zákazníkům pokládat telefony. Ráda bych upozornila jednatele společnosti, že pokud nebude zboží dodáno, budu nucena podniknout právní kroky směřující k nápravě!
