3 bankers on the branch, one of them working. Others chat with a friend and the third banker solves personal issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modra Pyramida je jedna obrovska katastrofa, instituce, ktera je jeden velky problem. 1 rok mame hypoteku a dodnes resime problemy, financni poradce s nami nekomunikuje a nikdo nehodla situaci resit. Veskere chyby jsou ze strany MP a nemate zadne dovolani.
Tohle je priklad toho, jak to nema fungovat!
Blue Pyramid is one huge disaster, an institution that is one big problem. We have a mortgage for 1 year and we are still solving problems today, no financial advisor communicates with us and no one has decided to solve the situation. All mistakes are made by MP and you have no call.
This is an example of how it doesn't work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dorazil jsem a až na místě jsem zjistil že maji upravenou otevírací dobu. Na webových stránkách pobocky o tom nebyla ani zmínka.
I arrived and only on the spot did I find out that they had adjusted opening hours. There was no mention of this on the branch's website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snad nejhorší hypobanka v ČR. To co tam předvádějí, spíše nepředvádějí je otřesné. Klienta v podstatě podvedou oproti tomu co slíbí. Ta pokuta byla málo, odebral bych licenci.
Perhaps the worst hypobank in the Czech Republic. What they do there, they rather do not show is appalling. They basically cheat the client against what they promise. The fine was small, I would withdraw my license.
