V	Věra Sedláková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nádherné, klidné místo. Tradiční horská chata, výborná kuchyně, klidné večery s kulečníkem. Skvělé místo jako základna pro lyžařskou dovolenou s dětmi. Wonderful, quiet place. Traditional mountain hut, excellent cuisine, quiet evenings with billiards. Great place as a base for a ski holiday with children.

Rádi se někdy vrátíme I+V An unadulterated mountain hut where we were more than good. The staff is nice and helpful, the food EXCELLENT !!!! ? Maybe just ... easy to invest in beds? ?? Miejsca samo w sobie na odludziu, klimatycznie na pewno dla osób chętnych do spacerowania i szukaniem wyciszenia. Niestety brak informacji o tym, że dojazd na miejsce własnym samochodem w warunkach zimowych graniczy z cudem zwłaszcza załadowane bagażami i z napędem na przód. Miejsce jest raczej schroniskiem przy szlaku, gdzie przeciętne auto nie da rady podjechać. Łańcuchy też nic nie dały. Byliśmy zmuszeni zostawić auto na płatnym parkingu i za każdym razem chcąc ze sprzętem zajechać na stok czy podjechać pod nocleg koniecznym było prosić właściciela o podwózkę, która była ekstra płatna i uzależniona od jego dostępności. Można było zjechać szlakiem i kombinować z jakimś orczykiem albo iść pieszo... Śniadania skromne, mógłbym powiedzieć, że wyliczone, brak ciepłych rzeczy. Niestety na duży minus zachowanie personelu. W bardzo niemiły sposób byliśmy poinformowani o takim absurdzie, że nie można śniadania zabrać do pokoju lub na później, jeść należy tylko TU i TERAZ... Dodając, że mamy czasy epidemii. Pokoje czyste, łazienki czyste, ręczniki dostępne. Co prawda nasze lokum nie było przygotowane na przyjazd, ale sprawne Panie zajęły się tym w 10 minut. Przyjemna duża sala z kominkiem, stół bilardowy do dyspozycji gości i bar pod ręką. Mam nadzieję, że atmosfera i polityka miejsca zmieni się kiedyś na korzyść gości. We stayed for a couple of days Thursday-Sunday. A place in itself in a remote area, surely atmospheric for people who want to walk and seek peace. Unfortunately, there is no information that access to the site with your own car in winter conditions is almost a miracle, especially when loaded with luggage and with front-wheel drive. The place is rather a shelter by the trail, where the average car will not be able to drive up. The chains didn't do anything either. We were forced to leave the car in a paid parking lot and every time we wanted to take the equipment to the slope or drive to the accommodation, it was necessary to ask the owner for a lift, which was extra paid and depending on its availability. You could go down the trail and combine it with some T-bar or go on foot ... The breakfasts are modest, I could say that it was calculated, no warm stuff. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff is a big minus. In a very unpleasant way we were informed of such an absurdity that you cannot take breakfast in your room or for later, you should eat only HERE and NOW ... Adding that we have an epidemic. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, towels available. It is true that our apartment was not prepared for the arrival, but the efficient ladies took care of it in 10 minutes. A pleasant large room with a fireplace, a pool table at guests' disposal and a bar close at hand. I hope that the atmosphere and politics of the place will change someday in favor of the guests.
F	Fichtner Jiří on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byli jsme zde, jídlo výborné, prostředí super. První den nás obsluhoval starší pán a byl to mazec, nestíhal, vše trvalo, vše byl problém i presso. Druhý den již 2 mladý kluci a super obsluha. Jinak tam vaří výborně. Hvězdička dolů za tu obsluhu. We were here, the food excellent, the environment great. The first day we were served by an elderly gentleman and he was a dad, he didn't catch up, everything took time, everything was a problem even at press. The next day already 2 young guys and great service. Otherwise he cooks there well. Asterisk down for the service.
