I've never had a problem, just with waiting, which is always and everywhere, and even if I'm ordered, it does not mean that I'm the most important in the world, someone can be worse and need to be acutely examined and just have the advantage and I do not understand, why so many people get upset about it here (the order is determined by the doctor everywhere). And yes, how many times at the reception the nurse is uncomfortable, but I'm not surprised at all when the lady on the phone did not explain that the doctor is now examining and has a full patient waiting room and that she will call her as soon as possible ... and the lady after 20 minutes questioning the nurse, she "understood" it in the style that she immediately called in 5 minutes why she did not call her as a doctor (and thanks to that it blocks the phone and therefore you usually do not call due to the inability of patients sitting on the line). then the annoying people in the queue are nervous, whom the nurse at the reception has to face. And that's how it is every day. It's just challenging to keep a smile on your face and be quick every day. I always see how he tries and yes, sometimes he goes to talk inconspicuously to the back room "what day is it again" and I'm not surprised at all, because there is also a person and a hand on the heart, everyone who swears here should sweep in front of their threshold, when he did not experience something similar on his own. And I don't understand how anyone can hurry somewhere when I just go to the doctor, for whatever reason, maybe I'll just set aside more time if exactly anything happens. If you are waiting for an administrative matter, you are healthy, etc. You can simply agree that you do not have to sit in the waiting room, the nurse is not a witch and does not know how long it will take for your turn, but she can tell the approximate time and you can go for coffee and not be with sick in the waiting room. Maybe I treat others the way I expect them to treat me. So if you are arrogant and unpleasant, then the nurse will probably not be nice to you twice, because she will have no reason. And if someone is supposed to take care of your health, then perhaps I treat them with respect. In addition, the surgery compensates for the change of doctors with excellent opening hours. There are also great locations of this and other branches, I would personally like another one on Charles Square or more in the center. One star less just for the big change of doctors, which may not suit everyone. But if I took it subjectively, there would be 5 of them *

Mrs. Dr. Flíglová is a strong but perfect doctor, I am very satisfied and I can recommend for myself. I have always seen nurses pleasant and very willing to help. They take blood well and do not solve clients' problems in front of others. I haven't noticed any negatives yet, so thumbs up for the whole team.

The first points below are that it is very difficult to call there. The machine even announces after a few minutes that the operators are still busy and hanging up. When you manage the waiting room, you will spend at least an hour inside. I tell you how hot the potato is and in the end it turns out that the right hand doesn't know what the lion is doing. You receive an SMS that you have been ordered, that you should go for a preventive examination after two years. But you will find out late in the two years that tetanus has failed. My specific problems have never been solved by the doctors there, they can only write in the computer in great detail and for a long time (which will not be of any use to you as a patient). MUDr. Mazylkin thinks that the results of blood tests from the entrance examination at my company doctor will be enough for a preoperative examination. If, after a few days after my request for a preoperative examination, it turns out that a much larger laboratory is needed for the preoperative examination, he tells me that it was my idea (?) And that I should order again at the reception, but that I probably won't make it before the preoperative examination. . Which I really wouldn't have time with. The orthopedist clearly told me that I was in the ASA1 group, but because he did not check it out on paper, MUDr. Mazylkin argued with me that was not true. However, anyone other than my practitioner should know that I do not suffer from chronic diseases, I am healthy and up to 50 years, so I am clear ASA1. I'm absolutely disgusted with the whole anabasis with My Ambulances. Two days of total stress, when they threatened me that I would not be able to catch the preoperative time and at the same time they blocked me so that they could not take my blood in time. At the same time, I was with them for the first time with the assignment 21.10. for operation on 1.11. All it took was an ECG, very detailed blood tests and power. Nothing complicated. Unfortunately, after an hour of waiting at their reception, I managed to order them elsewhere, where they look at the patient as a human and not as a stupid and annoying figure who provides them with money from the insurance company.

I am very disappointed with the medical care. The doctor is unnamed, she is arrogant and brazen. I asked her to check me out. She hasn't done it yet. I have another excellent district doctor. Some doctors should not perform medical care and practice ... There is no reliance on them. They're making fun of patients.

I originally gave one star, but since yesterday's visit was fine, I'm changing my review. Since I wasn't feeling well enough and I arrived at the ambulance right away without an appointment, it really pissed me off at that moment, I didn't experience anywhere else that I would have to book an examination in advance (it really wasn't like that before), when I got sick suddenly, in my case I was lucky at least that I was ordered on the spot in two hours, I just didn't want to travel sick for the second half hour to infect others at this time… And if you want to call there, you really have to wait on the line for a long time… In the second case, I change the review to three stars for access in the surgery, they really took me right on the date of ordering and Dr. Zikmund took care of me very well, in the end I left with antibiotics and with the fact that I have angina.

He has great admiration for the approach to the examination, yesterday I underwent the examination (I underwent 2x covid in a row), I note that I go to the doctor a little, but such an approach deserves great praise.
