★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are just great and honest. Had a bike crash on my first day on a longer bike vacation, and bent my front wheel. Couldn't be fixed without a new rim, but the guys tweaked and adjusted everything to the best possible setup, and got us back on our trip. And they refused to take a dime for it, even though I was a desperate tourist, and would have paid sums to get back on the road. What every bike shop should be like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shopped there a couple times for a while and picking up stuff I both online. The staff was always very nice and helpful. There was always someone speaking English well that could help. They let me try bikes there for as long as I wanted. I called them a couple of times and always got to talk to someone quickly. I really wish all bike shops had this level of costumer service.
