★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně doporučuji objednal jsem si kotouče a destičky které mi tam bohužel neseděly. Ochotně mi je vyměnili a poslali zpět nové které jsem si vybral. Super ochota a přístup.
I definitely recommend I ordered discs and plates which unfortunately did not fit me there. They willingly exchanged them for me and sent back the new ones I had chosen. Super willingness and attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem si na pobočku do Pardubic Camelbak 3 L, na mojekolo byl normálně dostupný a tak mě to pustilo na objednávku. Po třech dnech mi přišel email že položka je připravena k vyzvednutí. Na to jsem reagoval telefonicky, že zásilka budu vyzvedávat až v pátek, ještě jsem oznámil číslo objednávky jestli se jedná o tří litrový camelbak. Pán to vše potvrdil. Když jsem přišel v pátek do obchodu samozřejmě camelbak byl 1,5 L a pán byl dotčený že jsem tedy objednávku nechtěl. 1 hvězdičku dávám za tupost personálu a neochotu to napravit. Toto je druhá špatná zkušenost s mojekolo.
I ordered a Camelbak 3 L branch at Pardubice, the mojekolo was normally available, so it let me to order. After three days I received an email that the item is ready to be picked up. I responded by phone that I will pick up the shipment on Friday, I have announced the order number if it is a three-liter camelbak. The Lord confirmed it all. When I came to the shop on Friday of course the camelbak was 1.5 L and the gentleman was concerned that I did not want the order. I give 1 star for the dullness of the staff and the reluctance to rectify it. This is the second bad experience with mojekolo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždycky jsou příjemní, poradí, zavtipkují a u menších věcí mi byla nabídnuta i pomoc s montáží.
Když je srovnám s konkurencí v Polabinách, tak jsou určitě nejlepší.
They are always pleasant, they advise, they joke and I was offered help with assembly for smaller things.
When I compare them with the competition in Polabiny, they are definitely the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá prodejna ohledně kol. Vždy velmi milá obsluha, ochotná a se vším řada poradí, když je to někdy "špek". Prodávají zde jak kola, tak i náhradní díly a příslušenství. Doporučuji tuto prodejnu, určitě budete spokojeni.
Great store about bikes. Always very nice staff, helpful and can handle everything, if it's sometimes "bacon". They sell both bicycles and spare parts and accessories. I recommend this store, you will definitely be satisfied.
