I wanted to pay by Euro, the bill was around 100czk, the worker asked 6€ I paid with 10€ note and I just got back 3€ in coins.
She cheated me with the 1€ and 42czk that she forget to give back to me. After I counted the money, I asked her, but she denied everything.
I just want to let you know, that your worker(s) are cheating with the euro comission like 30years before! It is not europe it is a big balkan! Such a big shame of this big company.

The whole shop, but most unpleasantly the bathroom, was very dirty, staff clearly overworked and annoyed.
