About Monarch
Monarch sídlí v centru Prahy v ulici Na Perštýně 15. Místo má originální atmosféru a název nese již od svého založení. Nejprve to byl vinný bar, poté gastrobar; stávající restaurace je v provozu od května roku 2017. Za projektem stojí skupina Premier Group jejímž členem je i významný hráč na trhu s víny a destiláty, společnost Premier Wines & Spirits. Pro restauraci je výhradním dodavatelem vín, destilátů, nealkoholických nápojů a vlastních značek ovocných pálenek Baron Hildprandt.
O autentickou a neopakovatelnou chuť jídel se stará šéfkuchař Alan Dlugopolský. Hosté ho mohou spatřit v otevřené kuchyni uprostřed restaurace u Josper grilu. Hlavním produktem jsou „pravé“ americké steaky ze stařeného masa s USDA certifikací. Tato certifikace garantuje nejvyšší kvalitu dostupného hovězího masa z USA plemene Black Angus, které na svůj okamžik čeká ve speciálních lednicích suchého zrání a je vystaveno pohledům hostů přímo v prostoru restaurace. Milovníci vín zde mají možnost ochutnat vynikající vína ze široké nabídky od vinařů z Česka, Slovenska, ale i vyhlášených vinařství z celé Evropy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the best steak I've ever had. The care and passion that they have about foods are obvious from the moment you enter to the restaurant. It seems a bit expensive but it's totaly worth every penny.

The USDA tasting plate was absolutely phenomenal, the salad and fries portion was very generous. Very good quality of meat with not so expensive price. Will definitively drop by the next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent steak and a great wine card. You should also try the local gin which was very tasty. Service is super and the staff is so friendly. You can sit inside or outside and you should probably reserve beforehand as it is very busy.
