★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pobočka na které jsem kdy byla. Dnes mě nechali čekat 40 minut na pokladnu a to přede mnou byly pouze tři lidi. Podotýkám že v tu chvíli se na pracovišti nacházelo šest lidí. Bohužel to není moje první špatná zkušenost.
The worst branch I've ever been to. Today they left me waiting for 40 minutes at the box office and there were only three people in front of me. I note that there were six people in the workplace at that time. Unfortunately, this is not my first bad experience.
