★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní H. co tam dělá úžasná ženská. Vnutí a neposlouchá klienty co žádají. Stejně si udělá podle svého. Problémy s nastavením inkasa 3 měsíce, pořád inkasa neodchazeli. Pravidelné návštěvy na pobočce, tvrdila že je vše v pořádku. Internet banku zřídit okamžitě nechtěla, samozřejmě platby probihali na přepážce, za jednu 100kc. Rusili sme výpisy, výpisy chodí do dnes. Když už udělala internet banku, i přes to že sme si ji chtěli udělat sami, trvala na svém a udělala ji sama. Přišli sme domu, zkusili se přihlásit podle těch údajů které nám napsala že zadávala, tak sme si ji zablokovali. Špatné heslo. Už pobočka nikdy víc, raději call centrum.

When she made the internet bank, even though we wanted to do it ourselves, she insisted on her own and did it herself. We came home, tried to log in according to the information she wrote us that she was entering, so we blocked it. Wrong password. No more branch offices, preferably call centers.
