★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě nikdy jsem se nesetkal s takovou mírou lenosti.
Slečna na pobočce byla sice na pobočce sama, ale v době když jsem na pobočku dorazili jsem byl jediný klient, ale bylo mi řečeno že do desíti minut má dorazit jiný klient na schůzku a že se mám telefonicky objednat na jiný den, což mě celkem rozhořčilo vzhledem k tomu že pobočka zavírá v 17:00 a já byl na pobočce v 15:50, navíc šlo o zařízení spořícího účtu pro mojí maminu, který nelze zařídit on-line protože mamina nevlastní dva doklady totožnosti, takže díky nechuti slečny na pobočce jsem byl nucen dojet na pobočku až do Mladé Boleslavi, kde nám spořicí účet založili za míň než 15minut což by ve finále zvládla i slečna na pobočce v Turnově ještě před tím než by dorazil, údajný objednaný klient, ale to by slečně muselo alespoň trochu chtít.
Doufám že moje reakce na zkušenost s Turnovsku pobočkou k něčemu bude a nebude dále docházet k takovým situacím.

I hope that my reaction to the experience with the Turnov branch will be something and will not happen in such situations.
