★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naše zkušenost je bohužel taková, že oprava myčky trvala cca 2.5 měsíce. Údajně za tím byla ztráta řídící jednotky poštou a mnoho lží okolo, bez doložení jakýchkoli dokladů o reklamaci, přebíracího protokolu a td... Akorát samé volání z mé strany a doprošování se, aby se něco vůbec dělo... posléze dodání jiné řídící jednotky s tím že je nová a jíný opravář zjistil stejnou závadu, jaká byla údajně na té staré... Tak sem se s ním pokoušel domluvit reklamaci údajně nového dílu řídící jednotky a na to mi řekl, že je v pořádku a ať už ho neotravuju...

Just calling myself and pleading for something to happen ... then delivery of another control unit with the fact that it is new and another repairman found the same defect as it was allegedly on the old ... So I tried to make a complaint with the allegedly new part of the control unit and told me that it is okay and whether I bother him. ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi dlouhá čekací doba, pán slibuje, že "příští týden se zastaví", čas ale neudá, takže čekejte doma a nikam neodcházejte, abyste ho nepropásli, nakonec vůbec nepřijede, neozve se, ani telefon nebere. Dnes slíbil, že ráno jen vyřídí jednu zakázku a potom přijede. Po několika hodinách čekání nic, a opět nebere telefon. Objednávku opravy jsme zadávali před několika týdny (možná dokonce měsíci).
A very long waiting time, the gentleman promises that "next week will stop", but he will not give time, so wait at home and do not go anywhere so as not to miss him, in the end he will not come at all, he will not answer or answer the phone. Today, he promised to handle one job in the morning and then arrive. After a few hours of waiting nothing, and again does not pick up the phone. We placed the repair order a few weeks ago (maybe even months).
