★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmu bohuzel nemohu vubec doporucit. Jiz behem vystavby bazenu jsme meli spoustu problemu a vse se ze strany firmy prodluzovalo, komplikovalo a take prodrazovalo. Po predani bazenu a zaplaceni castky pres 700 000 Kc s nami firma prestala komunikovat. Potrebujeme servis bazenu a vyladeni ruznych veci, ale pani Mrazkova nedpovida na telefonaty ani zpravy a to se s ni snazim jiz pres mesic spojit. Pristup, se kterym jsem se jiz dlouho nesetkala!
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the company at all. Already during the construction of the pool we had a lot of problems and everything from the company lengthened, complicated and also expensive. After selling the swimming pool and paying over 700 000 CZK, the company stopped communicating with us. We need a pool service and tuning of various things, but Ms. Mrazkova does not answer the phone or news, and that is trying to contact her over a month. An approach I haven't seen in a while!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celá realizace se dost prodluzovala, když byl nějaký problém, tak velmi neprofesionální a několikrát i hrubé jednání. Zastřešení dodáno poskrabane, slíbený vyřízení reklamace, což se již táhne třičtvrtě roku a nyní již nám ani nikdo nebere telefon a nereagují! Absolutně nedoporučuji už kvůli způsobu jednání!
The whole implementation took a long time, when there was a problem, so very unprofessional and several times even rough negotiations. The roof was delivered scratched, the promised settlement of the complaint, which has been going on for three quarters of a year and now no one is even answering the phone and not responding! I absolutely do not recommend because of the way of acting!
