★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velký pozor na tohoto provozovatele eshopu !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pokud od něho něco kupujete, je velmi ochotný, (vidí příjem). Pokud chcete něco reklamovat, reklamaci nechce vyřídit. Nejprve má neustálé výmluvy, reklamaci vám zamítne, pošle své neodborné vyjádření. Nepošle vám vyjádření odborného servisu. U mé reklamace, konkrétně posoudil vadnou jednotku doplňovaní odparu u doplňování odparu vody do akvária, která funguje, místo dávkovacího čerpadla, které je součástí doplňování odparu, které je nefunkční. Jednotku otevřel a poškodil. Při zaslání vašeho nesouhlasu, podloženém videm z vaší strany o špatném posouzení reklamace z jeho strany a žádosti o zaslání vyjádření odborného servisu, si váš telefon zablokuje a přestane reagovat i na vaše emaily. Spoléhá na to, že si tyto jeho manýry necháte líbit a nepoženete to k soudu. Těchto zkušeností s tímto provozovatelem eshopu, mám samozřejmě vice.
