d	denisa n on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a mess. 1 terminal only and no good place to eat. There is only 1 restaurant which closing when the last/only evening flight will arrive, so the one who is waiting for the train or taxi cant get food from anywhere. It is such a shame that the third largest czech city does not have any more regular flights other than London and Milano. The good things is the direct train to the center of Ostrava city, a bit nonsense is that it is not adjusted by incoming and outgoing flights as well.
T	Tomas Fries on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small airport in Ostrava. Everything is usually smooth, with no or quiet short queues so it's ok when you arrive to the airport just 20 minutes before departure. But the biggest disadvantage is transportation to or from the airport. You are usually waiting too long and the buses are often delayed, at least when I'm travelling. They should improve this, and it will be fine.

Announcement were realy late and not accurate so we were kept in front of gate in the que for over 90 minutes. Convenient if travelling to south Poland.

Getting through security checks before your flight is usually time efficient however after landing it takes ages to get through the passport control even if it was only your plane that has landed in the past couple of hours. As the airport is so small there are not many options for shopping either and the crew can sometimes be rude or disrespectful (although there are some amazing and super helpful staff members as well).
M	Michal Bujok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, quite new airport with train to city possibility. Quite big but for its size it doesn't offer any proper services. Entrance hall is unnecessary far too big, waste of space, after security check is very small area without enough sitting chairs, one poor overpriced shop and something like a bar all together it look like 21 century western standards built airport with 20 century eastern standards services. The main and probably only benefit is if you arrive to the airport 15 minutes before boarding you'll make it easily through passport and security check even with stop in bathroom and buying some cigarettes which are only cheap goods in the otherwise poor shop.
