★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupoval jsem zde novou mašinu pro moji dcerku a byl jsem velmi spokojen s přístupem majitele, tak i mladíka vedle u stolu! Jako každý kdo chce někoho (naštvat), zavolá pár hodin před koncem pracovní doby, že by něco chtěl.... pochopitelně včera bylo pozdě a ještě přijede po zavírací době ? ale i tak jsem nabyl dojmu že jsem byl zákazník a ne někdo kdo otravuje. Díky, jezdí to dobře říkala dcera ?

Při výměně řídítek nepoužili originální řídítka, tak jak bylo očekáváno, ale jiné, které na motocykl nepasovali a neobtěžovali se ani vyvrtat aretační díry a ovladače se tak protáčeli. Po těžkopádné reklamaci a prvotnímu výsměchu, že u staré motorky nezaleží jaké mám řídítka a že se chtěli vejít do faktury mi sice dodali řídítka originální, ale odřená a za plnou cenu. S ohledem na vytížení by prý bylo lepší když si je namontuji sám. Celkově mám dojem, že kafe nabídnout umí. Servis nic moc - spíš bych si ohlídal. Problémy řeší ku prospěchu servisu a ne pro spokojeného zákazníka. Za vše si zaplatíte. Jednalo se o 20 let starý opečovávaný motocykl, který jsem zakoupil jako bazarový v motocentru HK. Jaký je přístup při koupi nového motocyklu nevím a po zkušenostech ani nikdy vědět nechci.

After a cumbersome complaint and the initial ridicule that the old motorcycle doesn't care what kind of handlebars I have and that they wanted to fit into the invoice, they gave me the original handlebars, but abraded and for the full price. With regard to the load, it would be better if I install them myself. Overall, I have the impression that he can offer coffee. Service not much - I would rather look after. They solve problems for the benefit of service and not for a satisfied customer. You will pay for everything. It was a 20-year-old cared-for motorcycle, which I bought as a second-hand motorcycle at the HK motorcycle. I don't know what is the approach when buying a new motorcycle and after experience I never want to know.
