★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manželka koupila 11 let starou BMW F800 ST z Itálie za málo peněz a čekal jsem, že tomu bude odpovídat stav motorky.. Ale motorka nejenom perfektně vypadá ale i skvěle jezdí a stav je naprosto perfektní.. Pán je na slovo skoupý ale velmi vstřícný a solidní, vřele doporučuji... Děkuji Mirek Staňa
My wife bought an 11-year-old BMW F800 ST from Italy for little money and I expected that the condition of the bike would correspond to it. But the bike not only looks perfect but also rides great and the condition is absolutely perfect .. The gentleman is sparing but very accommodating and solid, I highly recommend ... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motocentrum TASS mohu jedině doporučit. Mají skvělé motorky s doložitelnou historií. Prodejce je zkušený a znalý ve svém oboru, rozhodně jsem neměl pocit že kupuji motorku od amatérů. Profesionální přístup kterého si velice vážím. Dohodnuté termíny byly dodrženy, nic se zbytečně neprodlužovalo.
I can only recommend the TASS motorcycle center. They have great motorcycles with a proven history. The seller is experienced and knowledgeable in his field, I definitely did not feel that I was buying a motorcycle from amateurs. A professional approach which I really appreciate. The agreed deadlines were met, nothing was extended unnecessarily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: good variety of bikes, possibility to get a loan right in the shop (Essox).
Cons: no customer service at all (everybody were too busy, especially the only guy who speaks English, even though I asked in advance before coming there), test drive only with 100% deposit for the bike, not responsive on email (had to repeat same questions multiple times to get reply, but once I didn't come because bought a motorcycle in another shop, received an angry email that they were waiting for me and I didn't appear), don't know history and technical state of their motorcycles (that's understandable because they have plenty of bikes).
I'd call this place a conveyor motorcycle shop. Of course, you can buy a really good motorcycle there for a reasonable price, but don't expect a good customer service and especially any help with aftermarket stuff (registration paperwork, tech service, some tips) which might be necessary if you are buying a motorcycle for the first time or/and you don't have perfect Czech.
