Protože žijeme v Praze, veškerá komunikace probíhala pouze emailem a telefonicky. Vždy perfektní domluva, vysoká profesionalita a vstřícnost a naprostá spokojenost s kvalitou. Přejeme panu Chumchalovi a jeho firmě co nejvíc spokojených zákazníků, tak jako jsme byli s jejich službami spokojeni my. Kéž by takových lidí ve všech oborech bylo víc. Surma Marek Poprad Pán Chumchal, objednávam od vás roky a nie malé sumy, a neozvat sa zákazníkovi takmer mesiac po platbe, a nereagoval ste na niekoľko upozornení, a po dovolaní sa na predajňu, mi povedali že im chýba jedna vec z objednávky, preto mi tovar neodoslali, a máte predražené niektoré veci niekoľkonásobne, ďakujem za spoluprácu, teraz je už veľa nových predajcov, a mám kde vyberať. Nech sa vám darí. Nejake dily mi zustaly navic tak jsem je chtel vymenit za jine dily. Jelikoz jsem mel cestu do Roznova, tak jsem zasel do prodejny. Kdyz jsem rekl, ze chci vratit par drobnosti a vzit si za ne nejake jine dily, tak mlady prodavac chtel ode me videt faktury. Mel jsem faktury v emailu, avsak prodavac rekl, ze nema cas se divat na nejake emaily a ze mam prinest original faktury. Z duvodu jeho arogantniho chovani v tomto obchode jiz nakupovat nebudu. Arrogant actions of a younger seller, probably the owner's son. I bought a lot of things for renovation several times in this e-shop. Some parts remained for me, so I wanted to exchange them for other parts. Since I had a trip to Roznov, I went to the store.
