★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of fresh cheese in this place is very high and I specifically recommend the ricotta cheese which I think is the best in Prague, perfect for your sweet or salty recipes. I recently bought the Parma ham and it was delicious as well.

(there's no doubt you couldn't find a better cheese and wine shop -at least in Smichov) But exchange a couple of words with the people working there, and they become the main reason you'd go there. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best mozzarella i've ever had! I've been to Rome, Bologna and Florence and it tops them all! Crazy? Maybe! Go try it! I also bought lots of other meats and cheese. I was able to try each one before I bought it. They were all delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A slice of Italy in Praha. The cheese will take you to the Italian country side. The shop owner was very pleasant and informative. We purchased some burrata cheese that reminded us of the south of Italy. They have a good selections of Italian wines, gluten-free pasta and excellent coffee. A must go if your planning on having an Italian feast.
