★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you are arriving in the dark with poring rain it is not so easy to find. There is only a small sticker on the top left of the gate indicating that it is a Mr. Parkit spot. If you do not see this sticker you might think your TomTom is mistaking.
You have to open the street gate by placing a phone call, then a second call to open the court gate. When you are leaving same procedure again. This is very annoying when you are travelling alone with a dog and carrying two handbags. The very last thing you want to do in such a situation is to pick out your phone.
Beside that I did not see an emergency button or intercom in case your phone is broken or electricity power-down.
You can only book in six hours blocks starting at midnight, 6 am, noon, 6 pm. Means, when you arrive e.g. at 15:00 you either have to wait until 18:00 or book 12:00 and waste money. However a 24 h parking lot is pretty much cheaper then offered by my hotel.
The spot itself is big enough for modern cars and clean. It gave me the impression that my car is safe there.
