★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little bar on the side of the beautiful botanical gardens, offering good coffee, beer, and small range of food. Cheap, and frequented by students. Nice outdoor seating area in shade of pines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly staff, low prices, very cozy. From what I understood a student run bar, which is located right at the entrance/exit of the botaniq garden of the university (which is free for tourists). Really nice atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, great atmosphere and pleasant prices (well it's a student's place). Inside it's cozy, outside there's a bunch of benches under the trees, so there is basically a constant shadow. Awesome selection of alernative beers and kinda cheap cider (as far as Prague prices go). Staff is friendly and kind. I can surely recommend this place to anyone. Beware though, it's a popular pub, so it's often crowded in late hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Czech place - even hidden gem they say. I love it in the afternoon, resting under the woods with good beer. It’s really about the vibe of locals, nothing fancy. You cannot pay by card if it’s below 200 CZK so we made orders together with friends which was inconvenient.
