Na notebook budete čakať vyše 50 dní aj to po niekoľkých tuctoch mailoch a telefonátov na ustredňu alebo priamo na servis.
Cena servisu rámu monitora v hodnote 60% zostatkovej ceny notebooku (cca 7000 kč).
Odmietanie zaslania podmienok pozáručného servisu.
Drzé správanie technikov, ktorý sa vyhrážajú, že na nich sa nevzťahujú žiadne pravidlá a môžu si notebook u seba držať ako dlho len chcú.
MSI notebook, už nikdy viac.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna hvezda jen proto, ze min nejde.Firma co vydrbava se zamestnanci a chova se k nim jak vymenitelne polozce. Pracovat zde znamena stat se otrokem co snasi pomluvy v dusne atmosfere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Z pracovniho hlediska jedna z nejhorších firem ktere jsem v pslednim roce navštívil v Evropě. Neskutečně arogantní chování neochota vedoucího skladu.Vedeni by mělo zvážit jestli takový zamestnanec by měl být vůbec ve styku s veřejností.
From a work point of view, one of the worst companies I visited in Europe last year. Incredibly arrogant behavior reluctance of the warehouse manager. Management should consider whether such an employee should be in contact with the public at all.
