I was already about 3 times and always satisfied, waiting max 10 minutes. Willingness from both nurses and doctor !! I do not understand other reviews ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ arogantní, necitlivý přístup sester, anamneza od sestry probíhá mezi dveřmi do čekárny. Vše je problém. Mám zkušenost i s odmitnutím vyšetření. Nejednalo se o banalitu. Připadal jsem si jako idiot.
an arrogant, insensitive attitude of the nurses, the anamnesis of the nurse runs through the door to the waiting room. Everything is a problem. I have experience with refusing examinations. It was not a banality. I felt like an idiot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší ordinace v širokém okolí. Nekonečná čekací doba, po které vám řeknou, že už končí a nevezmou vás. Přístup sester radši komentovat nebudu, lidský rozhodně není!
The worst surgery in the surrounding area. Endless waiting time, after which they tell you that it is over and they will not take you. I would rather not comment on the attitude of the nurses;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší lekaři v Praze. Arogance sester nezna mezi. Čekate 3 hodiny a pak Vam sestra řekne přijdte zitra. Už nikdy vice. Všechno to jsou soudružky, ktere si myslí, že člověk nemuže změnit lekaře.
The worst doctors in Prague. The arrogance of the sisters is unknown. You wait 3 hours and then your sister tells you to come tomorrow. Nevermore. They're all comrades who think that one can't change the doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto šílený mladá arogantní sestra s vámi jedná jako s odpadem. Dlouho mi to trvalo,ale po poslední návštěvě jsem se konečně odhodlala odejít k jinému lékaři. Telefony neberou a když tam přijdete,tak vám řeknou , proč nejdříve nezavoláte. Ta drzost !!!!
Absolutely crazy young arrogant nurse treats you like waste. It took me a long time, but after the last visit, I finally decided to go to another doctor. They don't pick up the phones, and when you get there, they tell you why you don't call first. That audacity !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dříve 4 hvězdičky -> upraveno na dvě z důvodu arogance mladé sestry (starší je v pohodě) a VELMI ŠPATNÝM osobním přístupem MUDr. Ivany Nováčkové.
Doporučuji navštěvovat pouze MUDr. Trčkovou, která se snaží přistupovat k pacientovi jednotlivě a snažit se ho vyléčit.
MUDr. Andrea Trčková a starší sestry jsou jediní zaměstnanci, které zvyšují hodnocení a mou spokojenost s touto ordinací.
Previously 4 stars -> adjusted to two due to the arrogance of the young sister (the older one is fine) and a VERY BAD personal approach of MUDr. Ivana Nováčková.
I recommend visiting only MUDr. Trčková, who tries to approach the patient individually and try to cure him.
MUDr. Andrea Trčková and older nurses are the only employees who increase my rating and my satisfaction with this surgery.
