★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva byla katastrofální! Moje maminka má vážný zdravotní problém a paní sestřička se s ní bavila jak s posledním odpadem. Jen nám sdělila, že bez objednání tam nemáme co dělat, byla nepříjemná a připadalo mi, že má vztek, že ji rušíme při ranní kavičce, po zjištění, že nemají smlouvu s naší pojišťovnou nám doslova zavřela dveře před nosem. Pan doktor má skvělou pověst, ale paní sestřička mu ji jistě brzy pokazí.
 Today's visit was disastrous! My mother has a serious health problem and the nurse talked to her like the last waste. She just told us that we had nothing to do without ordering, she was uncomfortable and it seemed to her that she was angry that we were interrupting her at the morning cafeteria, after finding out that they didn't have a contract with our insurance company, she literally closed the door in front of us. The doctor has a great reputation, but the nurse will soon ruin it for him.
