Její ordinace je přímo v centru města a je tedy dobře dostupná. Ordinace však není vhodná pro lidi s omezením pohybu díky absenci výtahu do prvního patra, kde se ordinace s čekárnou nacházejí.
Jako nevyhodou může být starší vybavení a přes léto i nepříjemné dusno.
