This office does not manage, considering that they are even the smallest of the smallest, they should think about what they will do about it in the future. The doctor is good, but there is no professional approach. At 8 months of age, I changed the doctor.

We are satisfied with the doctor. She never neglected anything. She is willing, darling, to explain everything and you can agree on everything with her. The approach to children is friendly.

We are very satisfied with the doctor. Former doctor son, we had to change because they were not able to say why it is constantly sick son. The statutes of the doctor we went, and she immediately took all the necessary tests and found out why sick son (3,5let). Only Dr. Staňová for us.

Very negative experience during the first visit, so we refused further visits. An unpleasant doctor who repeatedly said that she still has other surgeries and therefore does not have time for us. She does not advertise visits to newborns at home. Newborn babies and prevention are invited to the office while it is reserved for sick children and share the same waiting room. Other disadvantages include unpleasant approach to children and parents, failure to take a medical history, impossibility to cooperate with specialists in need of professional examination, unflattering about other doctors.

Unfortunately, I only have a bad experience with the doctor. It has 3 surgeries, which it does not manage to serve. Surgery hours are minimal and even during those there is no in the surgery. It happened to me repeatedly that I loaded a sick child in the car who was seriously ill, drove a few kilometers to the doctor with her, and she was not there. Without any information it has to be closed. When I called on my cell phone, the doctor spoke to me quite arrogantly that she was on holiday (or something else) and whether I would go somewhere in Prague 5 with my daughter or, if it was acute, to the hospital. After several of these experiences, I always called the doctor at the beginning of the office hours to see if she would be there. I either didn't call at all or I was told he was there, but he was leaving in a moment. This is not just my problem. When we went to another doctor, she asked me if I could pick up my daughter's news from the doctor that if they had sent her a request, they would not have seen the news in half a year. It's been more than half a year and we still don't have the news, because the doctor is out of reach. Not in the office and really not on the phone. So the husband agreed with the doctor via e-mail at the exact time when I would stop for the news and the doctor was not there again. When her husband called her, she still arrogantly snatched him into the phone, which she thinks she already has after office hours is not there. I have not experienced such behavior even with a worker, let alone with a doctor !!!

The doctor's approach, in a word, horror. Arrogance, examination slowly between the doors - as soon as we came to go again, stupid, inappropriate remarks, regular tardiness. When we applied to the doctor about 7 years ago, I was happy that she was accepting new patients with a nice smile and attitude. I don't know what happened, but soon it was as if the doctor had been replaced. At first I apologized for her behavior, possible stress, possible personal problems, but her behavior remained unchanged. Each visit was "as punishment", when I was forced to visit the doctor with my sore child. :-( I respect people who have studied in order to be able to help others, even children, have my full respect, but I can continue to respect such people and entrust the care of my child's health to them with confidence and without fear. , I changed doctors, for us, Dr. Stanova, absolutely NOT.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Staňová's approach. I have had both sons registered with her since 2017, when there is a more serious problem, nothing is underestimated, she does not give ATB unnecessarily, she does not force optional vaccinations - she will recommend, explain ...

Satisfaction for us. We've been seeing the doctor for almost 5 years. It is pleasant for the children and explains everything to the parents as well, or is so normal, clearly and concisely. I always check the website to see if the doctor is in the doctor's office that day, if there is any change, because she runs between the three surgeries. In 5 years, it happened to us twice that she had a sign at the surgery informing her that the office hours are canceled today for urgent reasons. Yes, it's not nice and on the web. site it was not, but it will happen. The first time we arrived the next day and the second time we went to the emergency room. But overall, we are satisfied with the doctor.
