★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pan doktor naprosto buranským způsobem odmítl akutní ošetření. Musím mu přiznat, že jsem ho velmi dlouho nenavštívili, leč při oné poslední návštěvě z jeho úst zaznělo: ' máte to v pořádku, tudíž chápu, že chodíte zřídka'. Místo toho aby mne při objednání informoval, že se mu ošetření provést nechce, nechal mne zrušit půl dne v práci a pak mi řekl jen nashledanou. Podle mě naprosto nekompetentní přístup. Důrazně nedoporučuji!
the doctor refused in an absolutely buran way the acute treatment. I have to admit that we haven't been to him for a very long time, but on that last visit he said from his mouth: 'You are okay, so I understand that you rarely walk'. Instead of telling me when he ordered that he didn't want treatment, he had me canceled half a day at work and then he just said good-bye. In my opinion, a completely incompetent approach. I strongly do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V péči tohoto "zubaře" jsem byl cca 5 let. Za poslední rok jsem u něj absolvoval cca 8 návštěv z důvodu akutní bolesti zubu - bez výsledku, bolest se opakovaně vrací. S panem doktorem mi došla trpělivost, proto jsem navštívil jiného zubaře - ten mi všechny zuby zrentgenoval (rentgen p. Hvězda zřejmě nemá) a poté mi sdělil, že u daného zubu je napadený nerv a čeká mě čištění kanálků. Dále mi sdělil, že mám celkem 11! kazů, které budeme postupně odstraňovat. P. Hvězdu silně nedoporučuji, dle mého názoru by měl svou praxi ukončit a jít do důchodu.
I was in the care of this "dentist" for about 5 years. In the last year, I have had about 8 visits due to acute toothache - no result, the pain returns repeatedly. I ran out of patience with the doctor, so I visited another dentist - he x-rayed all my teeth (Mr. Hvězda probably doesn't have an X-ray) and then he told me that the nerve had a damaged nerve and that I had to clean my ducts. He also told me that I have a total of 11! defects, which we will gradually eliminate. P. I strongly do not recommend Hvězda, in my opinion he should end his practice and retire.
