Paní Kerzlová je vždy velmi profesionální, empatická a příjemná, a to samé platí o paní sestřičce. Z trhání zubu moudrosti zvládly udělat zábavnou čtvrthodinku v křesle. Před zákrokem mne podrobně seznámily s celým jeho průběhem, během trhání lehce a s humorem konverzovaly, čímž mi úspěšně odváděly myšlenky k jiným tématům a po samotném zákroku jsem dostala jasné instrukce pooperační péče, takže vše proběhlo bez větších komplikací. Rozhodně doporučuji! After the experience with this dentist, I would not entrust a more complicated dental procedure to anyone else! Mrs. Kerzl is always very professional, empathetic and pleasant, and the same goes for her sister. From tearing a wisdom tooth, they managed to turn a fun quarter of an hour into a chair. Before the procedure, they acquainted me in detail with its entire course, conversed lightly and with humor during the tearing, which successfully diverted me to other topics, and after the procedure I received clear instructions for postoperative care, so everything went without major complications. Definitely recommend!

Even more complicated surgery (tooth root in the maxillary cavity) completely without pain. Excellent care. Empathetic and very careful doctor and nurse.
M	Martin Heiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to divne ,kdyz mam klaustrofobii ze zubaru , ale tady to bylo naprosto uzasne a pani doktorce i sestricce moc dekuji..plne doporucuji...jeste mne ceka 8 a nejdu nikam jinam. It's weird when I have claustrophobia from the dentist, but here it was absolutely amazing and I thank the doctor and the nurse a lot ... I highly recommend ... I'm still waiting for 8 and I'm not going anywhere else.

Paní doktorka nic nezanedbá, je pečlivá, informuje o tom co bude dělat. Po mých nemilých zkušenostech s osmičkami byl toto "ráj". Určitě paní doktorku doporučuji !! Both the doctor and the nurse are wonderful. absolutely perfect care, cut out two eights and the approach really great, including care after the procedure. The doctor does not neglect anything, is careful, informs what she will do. After my unpleasant experience with eights, this was a paradise. I definitely recommend the doctor !!

Pokud vás čeká trhání zubů a váháte kam jít .. tady vám to naprosto doporučuji .. 10/10 (dvě osmičky nahoře a sedmička dole venku) Today tearing 3 teeth at once, without pain. Absolutely perfect dentist and her assistant. Modern and clean surgery, great professional approach. If you are expecting teeth and you are hesitant where to go .. here I absolutely recommend it .. 10/10 (two eights up and seven down outside)

Z předešlých zkušeností z jiných pracovišť. Musím říct že lepší zacházení s pacientem jsem ještě neviděl, Vážně klobou dolu a moc veliký dík. Zuby mi byli vytrženy samozřejmě předem podaná injekce aby jsem neměl žádnou bolest. A šlo se na věc, během 30.minutek bylo hotovo. při práci mi popisovala jak sestřička tak paní zubařka co mi v ústech provádí, vážně mockrát děkuji za ošetření i za alternativy které mi byli nabídnuty. Děkuji moc sestřičce a pani doktorce za jejich profesionální práci. Vše bylo dopodrobna vysvětleno, při trhání zubů paní doktorka párkrát zavtipkovala čímž se snažila zlehčit celou pro mě nepříjemnou situaci, což jsem opravdu udiven mě při trhání zubů nic nebolelo. Prostě za mě špičková Paní Doktorka ke které se při potížích rád vrátím. Opravdu se při trhání zubů můžete vklidu obrátit zde a nemusíte mít žádný strach s bolestí a neprofesionality. Čekací doba byla sicež delší, což už chápu protože špičkový doktor bude vždy časově vytížen ale čekání určitě za to stálo. Ještě jednou děkuji Paní Doktorce a Sestře. You can really turn around here when you brush your teeth, and you don't have to worry about pain and unprofessionalism.
