★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, právě jsem ukončila docházku mého syna do této ordinace. Důvodem je opakované posunování termínu návštěvy. Za celkem cca 4 návštěvy se mám to stalo 3x. Chápu, že zájem o návštěvu této ordinace je velký a proto jsou dlouhé objednací doby, ale když dostanu v září termín na leden, tak předpokládám, že by to mohlo dopadnout beze změny. V lednu v čekárně se ale dozvím, že mi v listopadu, když jsem bojovala s covidem a opravdu jsem nesledovala telefon , poslali SMS se změnou termínu, kterou jsem tedy opravdu nečetla a nedohledala .Kdyby se mi to stalo jednou, nic neřeknu. Ale 3x je moc. Omluvit a vyzvednout dítě ze školy, dojít do čekárny s tím, že mám zas přijít jindy ? Vím, že paní doktorka a sestry mají zájemců dost a asi jim nebude nevadit, že půjdeme jinam, ale měly by se zamyslet nad systémem komunikace s pacienty a nezpůsobovat jim problémy. Zdraví

 Hello, I just left my son in this office. The reason is the repeated postponement of the date of the visit. For a total of about 4 visits I have had it 3 times. I understand that the interest in visiting this surgery is great and therefore there are long booking times, but if I get a deadline for January in September, I assume that it could turn out without change. But in January I find out in the waiting room that in November, when I was fighting a covid and I really wasn't watching the phone, they sent me an SMS with a change of deadline, which I didn't really read or find. If it happened to me once, I wouldn't say anything. But 3 times is too much. Excuse me and pick up the child from school, go to the waiting room and think that I should come again another time? I know that the doctor and nurses have enough people and they probably won't mind going elsewhere, but they should think about the system of communication with patients and not cause them problems.
