★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor umi udelat diagnozu vaseho ditete, nebo dokonce i jineho na zaklade 1-2 minutoveho "vysetreni" pomoci videa, telefonu,....je mi zle, z takovych lidi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUDr. Kasal je velmi vstricny a prijemny, vzdy otevren debate a skvely diagnostik. Jeho sestry jsou velmi ochotne a vstricne. Obcas neni mozne se tam dovolat, ale to je pochopitelne, protoze cas vyhrazeny na telefonicke objednavani ja na strankach. Jsem velmi spokojen se svym obvodnim lekarem, a to i pres to, ze jsem se k nemu dostal vlastne tak nahodou - moje obvodni lekarka skoncila, takze jsem byl prelozen.
MUDr. Kasal is very welcoming and friendly, always open to debate and great diagnostics. His sisters are very helpful and accommodating. Sometimes it is not possible to call there, but this is understandable, because the time reserved for ordering by phone is on the website. I'm very happy with my GP, even though I got to him by accident - my GP ended up, so I was transferred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K panu MUDr. Kasalovi jsme se se synem dostali náhodou po ukončení působení naší paní pediatričky. O tomto přechodu k jinému pediatrovi jsme nebyli ani informováni. Již po první návštěvě jsme byli nepříjemně překvapeni, jaký chaos a zmatek v ordinaci panoval. Bohužel mají asi mnohem více dětí, než stíhají obsloužit. Nemají na rodiče žádný čas, a tedy jsou nepříjemní a arogantní. Je nemožné se jim dovolat i v případě nemoci a horeček. V čekárně jsme trávili vždy minimálně hodinu mezi nemocnými, i když jsme šli pouze na kontrolu. Pan MUDr. Kasal je bezpochyby skvělý pediatr a vždy, když už se syn dostal na řadu, tak ho vyšetřil řádně a důkladně, ale bohužel komunikace s celou ordinací, jejich arogantní přístup a chaos nás donutil přejít k někomu, kdo bude mít o synův dobrý zdravotní stav zájem.
To Mr. MUDr. Kasal and my son and I got in by chance after our pediatrician stopped working. We were not even informed about this transfer to another pediatrician. Already after the first visit, we were unpleasantly surprised by the chaos and confusion in the surgery. Unfortunately, they probably have many more children than they can handle. They have no time for their parents, so they are uncomfortable and arrogant. It is impossible to call them even in case of illness and fever. We always spent at least an hour among the patients in the waiting room, even though we only went for a check-up. Mr. MUDr. Kasal is undoubtedly a great pediatrician, and whenever the son's turn, he examined him properly and thoroughly, but unfortunately the communication with the whole surgery, their arrogant attitude and chaos forced us to go to someone who will be interested in his son's good health. .
