P	Petr Jersák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dory den, nerad bych krivdil, ale komunikace zejmena se sestrou je katastrofa, arogantni,neprijemna, bez empatie, davam dve hvezdy kvuli pani doktorce s kterou se "mluvit" da. Sestra nemá absolutně žádný cit k dětem, je k nim hnusná, je nepříjemná i na dospělý ale dospělý ten to nějak překousne, to dítě ne když mu při odběrech drtí sestra ruku tak že druhý den má dítě modřinu (stalo se nám už po druhé) a na rodiče sestra ještě křičí ještě aby si ho drželi, ještě jsem se nepotkala s tím že by doktorka seděla ve své pracovně a nepomáhala sestře při takových případech, doktorka ani neví, že stoptussin jsou i kapky a ne jen sirup (musela si to vyhledat v knížce). Byla s námi moje mamka, malý jí miluje a chtěl aby s námi šla, sestra na ní pokřikla že do vnitř pouze matka a přivřela mamce skoro hlavu do dveří, opravdu katastrofální přístup jak k dospělým tak k dětem a to si myslím že když je to dětská doktorka tak by se podle toho měla chovat a né jak nějaká s prominutím pinda z koncentráku. Po tomhle zážitku (po druhé) jsem se rozhodla změnit doktorku, protože s tímhle se nechci už nikdy setkat a už vůbec nechci aby se s tímto setkávalo moje dítě (5let) a mělo panickou hrůzu z doktorů. The nurse has absolutely no feelings for the children, she is disgusting to them, she is unpleasant even for an adult, but the adult bites it somehow, not the child when the nurse crushes his hand during sampling so that the child has a bruise the next day (it happened to us for the second time) and the nurse is still shouting at her parents to keep him, I have not yet met the doctor sitting in her office and not helping the nurse in such cases, the doctor does not even know that stoptussin are also drops and not just syrup (she had to look for it in the book). My mother was with us, the little one loves her and he wanted her to come with us, the sister shouted at her that only her mother was inside and she almost stuck her mother in the door, a really disastrous approach to both adults and children and I think that when it is the pediatrician should behave accordingly, and not like some with a pinda's pardon from the concentration camp. After this experience (for the second time), I decided to change my doctor, because I never want to meet this again and I don't want my child (5 years old) to meet this again and to have panic horror from the doctors.
