★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sestra by si měla doplnit informace týkající se hrazení výkonů pojišťovnou anebo se naučit říkat narovinu, že nové pacienty pan doktor nepřibírá (nesmyslné informace podané sestrou po telefonu ověřeny přímo u lékaře pojišťovny) . Ochotnější jednání by také neuškodilo, ale chápu, že ne každý den je posvícení.
The nurse should complete the information regarding the reimbursement of the insurance by the insurance company or learn to say that the doctor does not recruit new patients (meaningless information provided by the nurse over the phone verified directly with the insurance company doctor). Willingness to act would also not hurt, but I understand that not every day is sanctification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem se konečně dostala po několika týdnech od objednání "na řadu" s opravou zubu - plombou. Po hodině (!!!) čekání v čekárně mi pan Sládek v křesle (!!!) řekl, že na mě nemá čas a mám přijít jindy!!! Přestože jsem apelovala, že mám v zubu díru a bolí mě to, řekl mi, ať si zub čistím. NEHORÁZNÉ!!!!! Takže kus dopoledne z práce pryč a zub neopravený. Žasnu, že si toto dovolí k pacientovi. A s jeho náladami - nejvyšší čas, aby odešel do důchodu.
Today I finally got a few weeks after ordering "in line" with a tooth repair - a seal. After an hour (!!!) of waiting in the waiting room, Mr. Sládek told me in a chair (!!!) that he didn't have time for me and I should come another time !!! Although I appealed that I had a hole in my tooth and it hurt, he told me to brush my tooth. BEAUTIFUL !!!!! So a piece in the morning away from work and the tooth unrepaired. I'm amazed he can afford this to the patient. And with his moods - it's high time he retired.
