★ ★ ★ ★ ★ už 3 měsíce se tam snažím dovolat a objednat si termín vyšetření. telefon zvoní nebo je linka obsazená, na email taky nikdo nereaguje. tak ještě štěstí že už jsem si našel jiného lékaře.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chodím tam už několik let. Potřeboval jsem recept na lék který používám 15 let na chronické onemocnění. Sestrám trvalo 3 týdny zvednout telefon. A pak mi nabídne (nějak nepříjemná) termín za 2 měsíce - i když ten lek potřebuji docela akutně. Takže, člověku můžou i useknout nohu ale aspoň se dodrzuji pravidla. Doktorka je jinak ok a příjemná, ale asi nemá žádnou kontrolu nad lenivymi a protivnymi sestrami.
I've been going there for years. I needed a prescription for a medicine that I use for 15 years for chronic disease. It took three weeks for the nurses to pick up the phone. And then he offers me (somehow unpleasant) a term of 2 months - even though I need this medicine quite acutely. So, I can cut off a man's leg, but at least I follow the rules. The doctor is otherwise ok and pleasant, but she probably has no control over lazy and annoying sisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K pani doktorce Nechvatalove dochazim jiz nekolik let a musim rict, ze jsem naprosto spokojena. Cekaci lhuta je sice delsi, ale to mi vubec nevadi. Pani doktorka se mi vzdy plne venuje. Pokud mam nejaky akutni problem, tak mi sestricky nebo pani doktorka vzdy nabidnou co nejblizsi termin. Cetla jsem zde nejake negativni recenze, ze sestricky nezvedaji telefon, jsou neprijemne apod., ale ja jsem nikdy zadny problem nemela, naopak jsou vzdy prijemne a usmevave. Ono taky zalezi na tom, jak se chova pacient. Mily a slusny pacient = mila a slusna sestricka. Za me urcite doporucuji.
I have been coming to Dr. Nechvatalov for several years and I must say that I am completely satisfied. The waiting period is longer, but I don't mind at all. The doctor is always fully dedicated to me. If I have an acute problem, my nurse or doctor will always offer me the closest possible date. I've read some negative reviews here that they don't pick up the phone, they're uncomfortable, etc., but I've never had a problem, on the contrary, they're always nice and smiling. It also depends on how the patient behaves. Nice and decent patient = nice and decent nurse. I definitely recommend it for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 mesiace som čakala na môj termín vyšetrenia, aby som deň predtým zistila, že v deň môjho termínu majú zatvorené?? To snáď nemyslíte vážne. Dátum termínu som si poznačovala počas hovoru hneď ako mi to sestrička nadiktovala. Tak kde je chyba?
I waited 3 months for my examination date to find out the day before that they were closed on the day of my date ?? You don't mean that. I made a note of the date during the call as soon as my nurse dictated it to me. So where's the mistake?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zájem o pacienty je v této ambulanci velmi nízký. Na prvním místě je zřejmě pro paní doktorku včas odejít z ordinace domů. Akutní pacienty zásadně neošetřuje, vše s vámi na chodbě vyřídí nepříjemná sestra, která vás odkáže na jiné pracoviště. Je smutné, že paní doktorka již zapomněla na Hippokratovu přísahu a je jí absolutně cizí etické jednání.

In principle, it does not treat acute patients, everything in the hallway is handled by an unpleasant nurse who will direct you to another workplace. Sadly, the doctor has already forgotten the Hippocratic oath and is totally alien to ethical conduct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sice pacient musí nějakou dobu čekat a i když je objednaný. Ale přístup sestřiček a paní doktorky Zichové vše vynahradí. Velký + za to, že nemusíte mít žádanky od praktického. Mohu jen doporučit. Ohledně toho, že tady píšou o objednání za 2 měs. Zkuste se objednat na stomatologii nebo alergologii bez čekání 2 měs. To prostě nejde. A pro akutní případy jsou nemocnice
