★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I když se s paní doktorkou moc často nevídám (naštěstí), jsem s ní plně spokojený. Má lidský přístup a je to 100% profesionálka na pravém místě. I na první pohled banální nemoc neodbyde pouhým předepsáním léků, tak jako to jiní všeobecní lékaři rádi dělají, ale věnuje jí náležitou pozornost.
Although I do not see myself very often with my doctor (fortunately), I am fully satisfied with her. She has a human approach and is a 100% professional in the right place. Even at first glance, a banal illness does not just go away from prescribing drugs, just as other general practitioners like to do, but paying due attention to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zcela nefunkční organizace objednávání. Pokaždé když jsem přišla byla ordinace naprosto prázdá, ale i tak vás nevezmou pokud nejste telefonicky objednaní (ale to je na webu). Co je ovšem s podivem, že i když jste objednaní a příjdete na čas, čekáte půl hodiny v prázdné čekárně s prázdnou ordinací, sestra i doktorka o vás ví, ale asi mají právě něco důležitějšího na vyřizování a nezajímáte je.
Takovou organizaci ordinace jsem opravdu ještě nezažila. Možná mají pacienti na telefonu přednost před objednaným pacientem v čekárně.
Completely non-functional ordering organization. Every time I came, the surgery was completely empty, but they still won't take you unless you're booked by phone (but it's on the web). What is strange, however, is that even if you are ordered and you arrive on time, you wait half an hour in an empty waiting room with an empty surgery, the nurse and the doctor know about you, but they probably have something more important to handle and you are not interested in.
I have really never experienced such an organization of a surgery. Patients on the phone may have priority over an ordered patient in the waiting room.
