Velmi dobra doktorka, hlavně má lidský přístup a všechno senzačně vysvětlí.

Také jsem velmi spokojena. Žádný zbytečný utz v těhotenství, jen když je potřeba. Vše, co potřebuji, vysvětlí. Přístup má lidský a na všem jsme se zatím domluvily a nepředpokládám, že to bude jinak :-)

Pani doktorka je vynikajúca odborníčka a skvelý diagnostik. Pri každej návšteve sa u nej cítim veľmi príjemne, pretože má priateľský a ľudský prístup a snahu pomôcť. Oceňujem aj zdravotnú sestru, ktorá je tiež príjemná a diskrétna. Vrele odporúčam ! pacientka E.

To takhle voláte na doporučení své nejlepší kamarádky, (ty tři hvězdy dávám aspoň za jeji slova o paní doktorce) ... pěkně se představíte, řeknete, že voláte na doporučení a už vám (pravděpodobně sestra) povídá bez toho, aby vás nechala dokončit větu s vašim konečným dotazem, "zavolejte si jindy" a ozve se tutututu. Tak tohle teda určite ne. Mam velmi špatnou zkušenost s doktory (zpackané operace prarodičů, kdy např. prořízli celý močový mechýř, aby vytáhli nádor, nasledně se rakovina dostala všude, metastáze), zavolat o pomoc doktorum je pro mě velká odvaha se kterou bojuji parkrat do roka ... a už jen toto představení ordinace mě usvědčilo, že jindy teda opravdu nezavolám. Slušní lidé, prosím vás, nezabere ani 30 sekund navíc říci: "Zavolejte si, PROSÍM, OKOLO, CCA, DĚKUJI, NASHLEDANOU." Všichni víme, že musíme v této době řešit mnohá úskalí, znám práci 24/7 (a nikdy sem takto nejednala). Základy slušné telefonnické konverzace by měla znát každá ordinace.

Jsem ráda, že paní doktorka dokáže své znalosti vždy velmi dobře podat. Líbí se mi intimní prostředí její ordinace, člověk se cítí jak doma. Nová sestřička je moc milá.

Horrible experience! I'be been to Dr. Wagnerova twice. First time the experience was so so, but I thought I might have had been too sensitive, so I let it be. Second time was one week ago and frankly, I am still appealed by how I was treated. I first called few weeks back to check if I can have some hormonal blood tests taken connected to potential cause of chronic acne (for over 10 years) and potential some thyroid problems that various doctors are suspecting. I only made the appointment after I was confirmed that yes, I can take those blood tests there. The second I walked into the office of Dr. Wagnerova, I was told very bluntly that she refuses to take those tests. When I asked why, she gave me such hallucinate answers coming from A DOCTOR that I was literally shocked. Let me be clear here: she didn't say it's not possible to take those tests from various reasons, SHE REFUSED. One reasons was that she already took the thyroid tests. When I told her that that was MORE THAN 2 years ago! she had no answer. Also, she never provided me with the test itself and its values, I was just told on the phone that "you are fine." Secondly, the told me she will not take the hormonal tests because "it's meaningless" and that "are plenty of acne products on the market" and I should just try some. To say this to a person fighting with acne for over 10 years, trying hundreds of products and doctors, spending thousands of euro on all sorts of treatments, it's either pure ignorance or incompetence. I am literally shocked by the lack of empathy of this doctor, I have never had such a cold-hearted experience from a medical personnel in my life. When I tried to explain to her why I have been told to take those tests and that her assistant confirmed to me that it is possible, reason for which she gave me a specific appointment when it the laboratory was working, she kept on interrupting me. Besides the rudeness and lack of respect towards any person to do so, even more from a doctors, I find this terribly unprofessional. She told me "I gave you the pill", which that is a prescription for hormonal contraceptive which I refused to take without further tests connected to my hormones she told me that's the only way: I either take that pill or leave it. No further explanation, no reasons or possible effects, no alternative treatment suggested. Best part is when I was done being insulted by this doctor I was asked literally like this, word by word by the assistant: "can I have 1000 crowns?" This is unbelievable. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone in my entire life. The way I was treated is a disgrace to any pacient in this world. I am not sure it others have had similar experience or if this is considered normal, but I am appaled.
