★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednou, když jsem došel s uštípnutým zubem mi řekl že je to jen sklovina... Ok řekl jsem si, tak to je fajn.
Při odchodu jsem požádal sestřičku, aby mi omluvila pár hodin z práce, které jsem strávil na cestě a v ordinaci a hned na mě začal řvát, že mi nic omlouvat nebude a ať vypadnu... To jsem moc nepochopil, ale sklopil jsem uši a potichu odcházel a pak ještě řek, že mi zavolá do práce, jako bych si snad vymýšlel nebo co ??. Po půl roce co jsem zavolal, že bych se chtěl objednat mi bylo řečeno, že mě pán doktor odepsal z kartotéky.
Super teda, profesionální přístup, aspoň mi to mohl dát vědět, ať si najdu nového zubaře a né teď, když mě zub bolí... A taky nejvíc je, když se vás furt na něco ptá, když máte vrtačku v puse ?,ale jinak vklidu cápek ?...

I didn't quite understand that, but I lowered my ears and he left quietly and then said that he would call me to work as if I were making up or something ??. Half a year after I called that I would like to order, I was told that the doctor had written me off the file.
Great, professional approach, at least he could let me know, let me find a new dentist and not now that my tooth hurts ... And most of all, when he keeps asking you questions when you have a drill in your mouth ale, but otherwise calm calves ? ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stará se o mne už 15 let a je to to nejlepší, co si můžete představit/přát. Odbornost, přehled v inovacích, technické smýšlení a pragmatický přístup = excelentní výsledek. K tomu přidejte neotřelý vtip a jednání na rovinu a v podstatě se k zubaři těšíte:-)
He has been taking care of me for 15 years and it is the best you can imagine / wish. Expertise, overview in innovations, technical thinking and a pragmatic approach = excellent result. Add to that a fresh joke and acting on a level playing field and you're basically looking forward to seeing the dentist :-)
