★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice neprofesionální přístup. Maminka požádala paní doktorku o potvrzení pro pracovní úřad, jelikož má špatná záda. Paní doktorka se sestrou na ní začaly dorážet a chovaly se k ní velmi nelichotivě a opovržlivě, vytýkaly jí, že nepracuje (maminka vychovala čtyři děti a nikdy nebrala příspěvky, platila si celý život pojištění sama). Je nehorázné, aby se doktorka a sestra chovaly takto k lidem, navíc kvůli něčemu, do čeho jim nic není.
Very unprofessional approach. My mother asked the doctor for a certificate for the employment office because she had a bad back. The doctor and her sister started coming at her and treated her very unflatteringly and contemptuously, blaming her for not working (her mother raised four children and never took allowances, she paid for her entire insurance life). It's outrageous that a doctor and a nurse treat people this way, moreover because of something they don't care about.
