★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 4.8. 2017 v 11 hod. jsem byla jako doprovod svému 68 letému otci, který byl odeslán s doporučením k p. Mudr. Bohuslavu Macháňovi, kde se měl následně objednat na audio vyšetření. V čekárně pana dr. Macháňe se po cca 5 minutách otevřely dveře a vyšel pan dr. Macháň osobně. Po letmém zhlédnutí čekajících pacientů v čekárně prohlásil " Snad si nemyslíte, že vás všechny vezmu". Můj otec čekající přede dveřmi ordinace mu chtěl pouze předat poukázku k vyšetření, pan dr. Macháň aniž by ji převzal jej arogantně odbyl se slovy " To mě vůbec nezajímá" a přidal k tomu gesto rukou aby šel pryč a následně otci zabouchl dveře před nosem. Všichni čekající pacienti, včetně nás jsme zůstali doslova v naprostém šoku. Domnívám se, jelikož bylo 11 hod., že měl pan dr. obavu, že nestihne oběd, proto se tímto způsobem chtěl zbavit čekajících pacientů. Což se mu nakonec podařilo, jelikož všichni čekající pacienti odešli z čekárny k ostatním ORL lékařům, sídlícím v těsné blízkosti ordinace dr. Macháňe. S takovýmto arogantním chováním lékaře jsem se dosud nesetkala.
4.8. 2017 at 11 am I was accompanying my 68 year old father, who was sent with a recommendation to Mr. Mudr. Bohuslav Macháň, where he was to order for an audio examination. In the waiting room of dr. Machan after about 5 minutes the door opened and Mr. dr. Machan personally. After a brief glance at the waiting patients in the waiting room, he said, "You don't think I'll take you all". My father, waiting outside the office door, just wanted to give him a voucher for examination, Mr. dr. Without taking it arrogantly, Machan with the words "I don't care at all" added a hand gesture to go away and then slam the door in front of his father. All waiting patients, including us, were literally shocked. I think, as it was 11 am, that Mr. Dr. worried that he could not make his lunch, so he wanted to get rid of waiting patients in this way. Which he eventually succeeded, since all waiting patients had left the waiting room for the other ENT doctors residing in the vicinity of Dr. Macháň. I have never seen such arrogant behavior of a doctor.
