M	Martin Drong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uz to bylo pred delsi dobou, ale... cekali jsme s babickou (spatne chodi, 84 let) tri mesice v poradniku na konkretni datum a cas. Prisli jsme s predstihem cca 15-20min a nahlasili prichod oskenovanim karticky pojistence nebo jak to funguje. Po 3/4 hodine od domluveneho casu jsem se slusne zeptal, jestli pujdeme na radu, nejdrive mi sestra odsekla, ze si musime pockat, ale za dve minuty otevrela dvere, ze jsme najednou na rade. Po kontrole nam rekli, ze budeme cekat 3 tydny na naslouchadla, at si je jenom prijdeme vyzvednout. Po tom, co jsme prisli do cekarny uz bez konkretniho data a casu, coz me udivilo, jak to teda bude vypadat, kdyz minule jsme tam odsedeli minimalne hodinu (babicka to nevydrzi), jsem si klepl na sestru, ze se omlouvam, ze jsem si myslel, ze mi posledne rikala, at si jenom klepneme a pani doktorka se otocila na zidli a zacal dominantne hulakat, i kdyz u toho nebyla, ze urcite mi nikdo nerekl, ze muzu klepat. Mozna jestli nesnasi tlak, mela by upoustet doma a zaroven by mela sestra casteji vychazet informovat pacienty o poradi, protoze komunikace a organizace je uplne hrozna. It was a long time ago, but ... my grandmother and I waited (bad, 84 years old) for three months in a counseling session for a specific date and time. After we came to the waiting room without a specific date and time, which amazed me, what it will look like when we left there for at least an hour last time (Grandma can't stand it), I clicked on my sister that I'm sorry he thought she was last telling me to just knock, and the doctor turned on the wall and began to shout dominantly, even though she wasn't there, no one had told me I could knock. Maybe if she can't stand the pressure, she should drop out at home and at the same time the nurse should go out more often to inform patients about the meeting, because communication and organization are completely terrible.
