★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po příchodu nás hodinu nikdo nevšímál. Ani “dobry den”, proste nic. Čekala tady i jiná paní, paní doktorka pro ni přišla a nás přitom úplně ignorovala jakoby tu nikdo další nebyl, přitom měla prázdno. Stejně sestřička. Stačila by aspoň nějaká informace, jestli vůbec máme čekat. Takovou aroganci jsem ješte nikdy nezažila.
After arriving, no one noticed us for an hour. Not even "hello", just nothing. Another lady was waiting here, the doctor came for her and at the same time she completely ignored us as if no one else was here, while she was empty. The same sister. At least some information would suffice if we were to wait at all. I have never experienced such arrogance.
